We’re closing out 2021 with some great updates in our final product release of the year. The Zenith release is focusing on continued enhancements to the IQ Suite, ACA updates, improvements to the HR experience and more.

Simplify Enrollment with DecisionIQ
DecisionIQ Enhancements
We continue to enhance DecisionIQ with each product release. In Zenith, we are improving how the compare plans feature works and how employees see HSA/FSA tax savings.
Compare Plans
Employees can compare benefit plans to evaluate which option is best to select. With DecisionIQ, the best match plan is featured at the top, employees can find out why that plan was selected, compare against others and choose the plan that works best for them.
Estimated Cost
While employees are comparing plans, they can now see the total estimate annual cost for each plan broken down by premium, deductible and out-of-pocket costs.
HSA/FSA Savings & Suggested Contribution
Additionally, we added HSA and FSA insights to the compare plan page to give employees further information on selecting the best plan. Employees can see a suggested contribution amount that is based on the plan added to their cart. Finally, employees can see an estimated tax savings calculation which helps them understand how these benefits can help them save money.
DependentIQ
With Zenith, we have updated our life event selection setting within the trigger section of Document Request Rules to allow for multi-select options. This removes the need to create multiple triggers and/or rules when certain life event types should be included or excluded.
Enhancing the HR & Employee Experience
Forgotten Password Workflow
Many employees do not use a personal email to login to PlanSource. This new workflow allows employees a more user-friendly way to login if they forget their username or password. This will reduce questions/calls to HR & the contact center.
HR Experience Updates
We continue to update the HR experience to reflect our new look and feel. With the Zenith release we have updated the manage admin and work status events section to our newest look.

ACA
Compliance and ACA updates are always top of mind, we have updated our platform with federal and state forms and are ready to assist customers with 2021 filing.
